The Leiden Bio Science Park is home to some 130 companies and a variety of educational and research institutions. Kadans Science Partner developed a new multi-tenant building: Plus Ultra Leiden.

Plus Ultra Leiden was designed by cepezed and features approximately 16,000 m2 of laboratories, offices and various meeting facilities. Plus Ultra Leiden offers companies the opportunity to grow in a prominent location on the Leiden Bio Science Park. With its vibrant center, Plus Ultra Leiden brings together a large group of entrepreneurial companies, start-ups, and knowledge institutions. This creates a community that revolves entirely around Life Sciences & Health. Synergy, meeting, collaboration, and open innovation between companies are central to Plus Ultra Leiden.

Surrounding the central atrium is a gallery that gives access to the freely dividable floors. Each floor is free of columns and can be flexibly divided into a combination of lab spaces and offices.
