In January 2022, the Hoogstraat 15, Veghel project was completed and LA Architects moved into its new offices.

A total renovation of Hoogstraat 15 in Veghel into ten apartments, a physio practice and office space took place. Originally there was a stately mansion at Hoogstraat 15. In the 1960s, a storefront with four story apartments was built there. Later, another office with a commercial shed was built on the back property. The office building was no longer in use and the store had also been vacant for some time. To address this vacancy and possible impoverishment, the entire site was renovated.

The existing facade on Hoogstraat was transformed and given a new identity. Whereby the frame connects the different parts and creates cohesion. Parking takes place, much more than before, in the rear yard. This rear area will be redesigned for this purpose. The ecological zone is used as a green transition to the ever-changing waters of the river Aa.

The interior of LA Architects is in keeping with the modern working methods of this architectural firm. There are areas for consultation with clients, concentration workstations, team and call cells and an open office garden, among others. Each with its own requirements in terms of acoustics. That is why LA chose the iQ Structural double-glazed wall system. So that the various consultation forms (also via teams) do not cause noise pollution for the colleagues / employees at the open workplaces on the office floor.
