At the Pivot Park in Oss, the Marie Curie building, designed by Proof of the Sum, was recently completed. A multi-tenant building for pharmaceutical companies. 60% of the building is equipped with laboratories and 40% with offices for the various organisations. Acerta Pharma's interior on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors is a beautiful example of modern and sustainable design. Designed by CBRE, this interior reflects a sense of openness and natural elegance, thanks in part to the innovative iQ WOOD Structural partitions from QbiQ Wall Systems. The double-glazed glass system walls with a wooden finish combine the warm look of wood with the inherent flexibility of partitions. The walls are constructed from a combination of aluminium and wooden profiles, ensuring maximum rigidity and a minimalist appearance. With a profile height of only 33 mm and the possibility of integrating various QbiQ door types, the walls offer both aesthetic and functional benefits.

Sustainability plays a central role in the design of iQ WOOD Structural walls. The inner core is Cradle to Cradle Silver certified and the wood used can be supplied FSC®-certified, contributing to a responsible and environmentally friendly working environment.
