Description
The entrance of BDO in Maastricht with on the right side a fireproof glass facade with two entrance doors and at the back a double glass partition wall with which the offices are connected.
The special thing about combining walls is that both wall systems have an identical profile height of 33 mm. This gives both the office dividing glass wall and the fireproof glass wall with EI30 classification a similar appearance.
iQ PROTECT Fire Hightech
The fire-resistant glass facade iQ PROTECT Fire Hightech is made of 60 mm width steel profiles. The profiles are 33 mm in height all around. The profiles are coated in the same color as the aluminum profiles of the office partitions. Namely Anodic Gold (AE2011-1000820).
The doors are made of steel profiles that have been mitred and welded after which the welding seam is ground smooth and polished.
iQ Structural 100
Several offices were created here with double-glazed partitions. The glass panels are equipped with an acoustic foil, providing optimal sound insulation. The type of wall applied is the QbiQ iQ Structural with a thickness of 100mm.
The glass panels are interconnected with a 0 joint, no vertical post is needed. This creates a spatial and open effect.
