Description
Consulting room with high sound insulation at Hunkemüller in Distribution Center in Almere.
Inside on of the consultation rooms, located on the first floor. The walls of the consultation rooms / offices are made of double acoustic laminated glass, each 12.76 mm thick. The solid part is de back of the cabinet with acoustic material is applied. By using an acoustic foil between two glass plates, the sound insulation of the glass panels is greatly increased. In addition, the plastic film layer greatly increases safety. In the event of breakage, the window stays together because the glass sticks to the film. There are no shards of glass with sharp points that could injure oneself.
The glass walls used are of the QbiQ iQ PRO Glass type and are 100 mm thick. The division is identical to all other walls in the building. Even the fire-resistant and smoke-resistant walls have the same appearance. QbiQ can also ensure that glass walls with different properties look identical in your project.
The cabinet elements are integrated into the wall. In fact, the walls are built around the cabinets.
The H90-100 corner profile has been applied to the corners. This solution offers more stability of a full-glass corner, which is certainly desirable in this situation.
The entrance to the consultation rooms is equipped with a QbiQ KDEC frame door with 66a2 acoustic laminated glass. The door has a compartment division and is placed in a DKR100 door frame.
