Fire-resistant facade with sliding doors at Acerta Pharma Oss.

This special fire-resistant façade consists of fire-resistant electric double sliding doors with EW60 certification with a fire-resistant glass wall on both sides, also with EW60 certification and with 0-joint.  On the right side there is another glass façade on the edge of the void. This floor-to-ceiling wall is not only fire-resistant but also fall-proof.

iQ PROTECT Hightech
The glass walls to the left and right of the sliding doors are both of the type QbiQ iQ PROTECT Hightech EI60. This fire-resistant glass wall is equipped with a 33 mm profile all around. This profile height can be found in all QbiQ partition walls, allowing different types of partitions to connect seamlessly.

The fire-resistant glass panels have a thickness of 28 mm. The glass panels are placed next to each other with a so-called 0-joint where no vertical uprights are required.

Sliding doors
The automatic sliding doors are made of steel profiles 50 x 60 mm and equipped with 19 mm thick fire-resistant glass with EI60 classification. The door operator is concealed in the upper construction.

Fall-proof vid wall
On the right side, on the edge of the void, there is a fire-resistant, incident-proof glass wall. This is a QbiQ PROTECT Hightech EI60 Safe. This wall is basically an iQ PROTECT Hightech EI60 with extra 6 mm glazing so that the glass panels meet the requirements of fall-through safety.

Coating
At the corner a steel tube of 60 x 60 mm to which both facades are connected. All profiles are coated in the color RAL1015 Light ivory.
